He's earned a reputation as a problem-solver who develops innovative, tailored solutions to manage today’s business complex issues. Supporting client goals by managing capacity, improving quality, and understanding the challenges of ever-changing processes. Mr. Terwilliger is constantly focused on facilitating the development of strategies to improve processes as a whole, and ensuring changes are only implemented if they add a real value.
Jim Lassiter, SVP President Process Development
Mr. Lassiter has over 35 years of Fortune 500 enterprise experience as an executive and a specialized consultant. Tenures include; Vice President Product Development EyeNx Inc. (Core Member Start-up venture) and Principal, Hewlett-Packard Co. as well as Sr. Manager /Program Manager roles with such local Leading Technology Oriented corporations; AT&T - Business Mobile Solutions, Ericsson - Enterprise System Integrations and Verizon - Enterprise Solutions. Mr. Lassiter has also earned a Rummler-Brache certification as a Business Process Engineer and is also a Certified - ISO-9000 Quality Systems Auditor.
